Happy Hour is back and as World Mental Health Day falls on the 10th of October, your hosts Holly and Paulina have been gathering some tips, advice and even a quick breathing exercise to help look after our wellbeing.  We even have a few returning guests and a special appearance from Paralympian Naomi Riches MBE!

Now, we're starting with Chris Simpson from RNIB's Organisational Development Team, who shares 5 top tips for enabling our wellbeing.

RNIB's Amanda Hawkins chats to Paulina about the sight loss charity's resources for looking after our mental wellbeing throughout the pandemic and beyond.

Ross Wilcock returns to share what makes him happy, Paralympian Naomi Riches MBE opens up about the ways she's looked after her mental health over the last months and blind chef Kim Jaye surprises us with a different skill as she walks us through a breathing exercise. And yes, gentle sounds of the waves on sandy shores are included.
