Have you noticed that children from impoverished backgrounds are more likely to be overweight these days, rather than skinny? Labour's Shadow foreign secretary thinks that's what's happening nowadays, and she wants all kids in primary schools -- no matter what their background -- to get free healthy lunches as part of a strategy to tackle free lunch stigma, and teach all school kids how to eat well.
