58% of kids in downtown Prince George are entering kindergarten with developmental delays

According to new numbers released by UBC's Human Early Learning Partnership, 58% of Prince George's bowl/South Fort George neighbourhood are entering kindergarten with some form of delay, be it physical, emotional or social. Darrell Roze is director of the Prince George Child Development Centre . He speaks to Robert Doane about the problem.
