The stratospheric rise of Emma Pengelly continues today with her appointment as a Junior Minister. In a matter of just four weeks, she has moved from her role as special advisor to the first minister Peter Robinson, to being appointed an MLA, then her speedy appointment to membership of the Finance committee, which is currently investigating the controversial NAMA property deal --and now she's leaving that role to become Junior Minister working directly to Mr Robinson. And she's managed all of that without the inconvenience of an election. Minister Pengelly spoke a short time ago to our political correspondent Chris Page
