"There will be negative impacts for some people": Bill Bennett talks Site C (part one of two)

Energy Minister Bill Bennett is defending the B.C. government's decision to approve the controversial Site C dam. "There will be negative impacts for some people," he told Daybreak North host Russell Bowers, referring to First Nations and farmers who will lose land to the flooding. "How do you balance that? It's the kind of decision that I think elected people need to make.... we're not building anything unless we absolutely have to."
