Mixed emotions to Site C, Fort St John mayor says

Fort St John mayor Lori Ackerman says she and her community have mixed feelings about the province's decision to build Site C. "I'm going to miss the valley," she says of the area that will be flooded. "[But] as a British Columbian there's a recognition that more energy is needed."
