MSPs To Vote On Drink Drive Limit Reduction - Lib Dem Leader Willie Rennie

Scottish Liberal Democrat Leader Willie Rennie welcomes a debate expected to give the green light to a cut in Scotland's drink drive limit. The measure would reduce the allowable level of alcohol from 80mg in 100ml of blood down to 50mg. If approved it will come in to force on the 5th of December.
