Council Leader Jenny Laing Calls For Reset Of Relations With Scottish Government

Aberdeen City Council leader Jenny Laing has written to First Minister in waiting Nicola Sturgeon asking for the Scottish Government to commit to £500m of infrastructure improvements in line with support offered to Glasgow in a recent "City Deal". Jenny Laing is hoping to mend fences with the Scottish Government in an effort to speed the delivery of 2000 affordable homes and backing for a by-law banning illegal traveller's camps.
