"In this piece, dreams and reality blend together to transform the world, i.e. "the world is our oyster".

"The source recording (i.e. reality) is chattering in a bar in Washington DC. Conversations are a basic form of human interaction, a powerful force that has transformed the world into the Anthropocene. Washington DC, as the capital of the United States of America, is one of the most powerful political centres in the world. Who knows how this conversation might change the world?

"When we sleep, we dream. Dreaming is a powerful creative tool that provides us with the visions to transform the world. Therefore, I have transformed the chatter to vague echos and whispers and blended a universal F# major chord and white noise (i.e. dreams) with it.

"A serendipity from the composition process is that the overtones from the source recording interact with the universal chord to become part of the harmonic structure.
As we fall asleep with this music, we allow our reflections from waking life to interact with our wildest dreams, and ready ourselves for a new day in waking life to transform the world."
