The latest report by the UN Commission on Human Rights in South Sudan has outlined impunity as a major driver of human rights and humanitarian crises in the county. The Commission presented the report to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, stating widespread attacks against civilians, systematic sexual violence against women and girls, the ongoing presence of children in fighting forces and extrajudicial killings.
