Gary Napier speaks with Captain Matt Allen on BroTalk, discussing the highs and lows of the Yachting industry.  Whilst the glamour, excitement and financial rewards, draw many people in, it can mask the other side of 18-hour days and long periods of time away from family and friends. Matt has worked in the industry for over 17 years and explains the rules - there are no rules!. Some people have suffered from mental health issues and  from having to keep up the bravado which has masked problems underneath.  Drink and drugs can sometimes be the only way people feel they can escape.  Matt shares his wisdom on how he has coped in such a lustrous yet unpredictable industry.
