Have You Met Your Inner Wise Woman, Your Cailleach, Your Jaguar?

In this episode I explore the concepts of the Inner Wise Woman, the Cailleach, and the Jaguar as they pertain to Celtic and Shamanic wisdom traditions.
In the Celtic wheel, which celebrates the different festivals around the seasons of the year, you meet your Inner Wise Woman energy in the dark time between Halloween (Samhain) and the Winter Solstice.
From a psychosomatic perspective, this Cailleach energy is the part of us and the part of life that is associated with: the dark, the unknown, uncertainty, letting go and surrender, death, the shadow self, fear, courage, trust, disruption, and chaos.
But this energy is also associated with transformation and the void space giving way to new life and new beginnings once we courageously meet it and move through it.
