Holly and Paulina are back with your latest Happy Hour to look at some ways we can look after our wellbeing, bring you some great music and even share some happy facts and recommendations with you!

This week, Hywel hears about a unique course that is helping blind and partially sighted people feel more confident and also more glamorous.

Toby speaks with Aneeba Ahmed about her experience of living with Bardet Biedl Syndrome and how finding a supportive community can make all the difference.

And finally, Paulina chats with blind darts player Jay Johnson about the sport and how he was selected to play for Northern Ireland at the World Cup and World Championship in September 2021.

If you're in Wales and are interested in taking part in the next 'Beautifully Blind' course, you can contact Carys Groves by phone on 07753 305 631 or by email: carys.groves@sightlife.wales
