Monday 9th of May till Sunday 15th of May marks Mental Health Awareness Week, an annual event that wants to encourage everyone around the UK to focus on achieving good mental health.

This year's theme is all about raising awareness of the impact of loneliness on our mental wellbeing and the practical steps we can take to address it.

Which is why, this week on the Happy Hour, Holly and Paulina will bring you a host of tips for combatting loneliness as well as take a look at how charity RNIB can help build your confidence and support you in finding a like-minded community.

If you'd like to get some support or to find out more about RNIB's services like Living Well With Sight Loss courses, RNIB Facebook Groups, or their Talk and Support Groups, call the RNIB Helpline on 0303 123 9999 or visit: rnib.org.uk/MentalHealth
