This week, Allan Russell finds out about RNIB's Sight Loss Advice service and how it can help regain independence.  

Paulina hears the story of Perm Bhachu, who after going through a tough time after losing her sight reached out to the RNIB Helpline in 2018 and turned her life around.

And finally, RNIB Connect Radio's Ellie Marsh chats with daredevil Nigel Limb about overcoming his demons and preparing a unique exhibition about the Wall of Death.
