"Should I become a REALTOR?" It's a question those of us in the industry get quite a bit, and some take offense to it. Taking offense to the question might be excessive, but we do need to be honest about what the job entails and what it doesn't, for those who have considered getting into it. After all, 90% of licensed real estate agents are out of the industry within 5 years, so it isn't quite as simple as many seem to believe.
