Christmas travel rules tightened for London and South East

As new restrictions mean an end to gatherings on Christmas Day for those in London and the South East of England, Steven Scott speaks to blind man Jurgen Donaldson who is originally from Scotland but now resides in London. He was planning to be back home with his mum this Christmas but due to the new restrictions brought in that will now not be possible.
