This was recorded during a period between 17H30 to 20H30 sitting on a small bench in the middle of Piaza Mino, see picture. It was a beautiful warm evening. My father was born in the church whose bells ring in the soundscape. He grew up in Fiesole and for 10 days in the Fall of 2009 I had the chance to walk the soil of my father birthplace and childhood. Of note, the people you hear at the very begining are actually French tourists who I had to pleasure of helping out that evening as I acted as translator. There are also German tourists, or at least I think they were German and of course how can I forget the ubiquitous scooters. :) Please close you eyes and enjoy the soundscape.
