Education can totally transform a person's life but not everyone has the opportunity to access it.
There are opportunities, however, for people who have slipped through the cracks to access education.
UniSA Program Director Dr Sarah Hattam says there are a number of pathway programs to higher education and that the Zara Foundation is running a 'Pathways to Empowerment' program for victims of domestic violence in the Murraylands.
