As wildfires continue to rage across California, Elex Michaelson spoke with former California Governor Jerry brown on climate change and the issue of wildfires. President Trump attributed much of the wildfire activity to poor forest management in California. And even though Brown agreed that forest management is an issue, he placed the responsibility for overseeing that management at the feet of the President.
