Powerhouse 2019: Ehud: A True Underdog - Patrick Sisk (3 November 2019)

Everyone loves an underdog.  You know, someone with the odds stacked against them, but somehow they rise up to win.  But when you think about it, we all play the underdog role.  God loves an underdog too.  And, as Christians, we 're already underdogs.  That's because when we choose to live a Christian life, we become an underdog in a complex world.  But, unlike other underdogs, being a Christian means God has given us the tools to win.  He also promises us that we will win.  The Bible is full of stories about ordinary people who were underdogs.  Yet God chose them to do His work.  And with God's love and grace, they won.  We will examine how Ehud and slinky can truly show that God loves an underdog!
