A doctor from Ballymena has contacted us regarding the treatment he says he received at Belfast International Airport after a flight home.
Denis Hopkins is in his 80s and has Parkinsons and needs to have special assistance when travelling.
He and his wife were coming back from a holiday in Lanzarote on the 11th of October when things took a nose dive.
Our reporter, Nicola Weir, went to speak to Dr Hopkins about his experience
