Has the DUP softened their stance on an Irish language Act following Arlene Foster’s comments at DUP party conference?

The Irish language and unionism aren't incompatible. That's the view of the DUP leader Arlene Foster 

At the DUP conference this weekend, Mrs Foster told delegates that it was time to "seek accommodation and legislate in a balanced way for language and culture, including for the Irish language" 

Mrs Foster said that-politicians don't have all the answers. 

So is this an olive branch to the Irish language community? 
And is it enough to get a Stormont deal over the line?
