Red Sox Bullpen Blows Yet Another Save; David Ortiz to Boston for Medical Treatment

For the tenth time this season, the Red Sox bullpen wasn't able to close out a save opportunity.
Matt Barnes took over in the top of the ninth inning with a one-run margin and exited with a one-run margin. The only problem is that it wasn't the same score when the dust settled.
Brock Holt played savior for the time being, knocking a two-out single into center field to tie the game. The momentum didn't last long however, as Ryan Brasier succumbed to the extra inning pressure letting the possibility of a win slip away.
This was all while David Ortiz was flown back to Boston for medical treatment following a shooting at a bar in the Dominican Republic. He is reportedly stable after the first wave of surgery.
