Red Sox Miss on Reliever Zach Britton Highlighted in 2-1 Loss to Minnesota Twins

The Boston Red Sox have lost two consecutive games for the first time since June 20th. Brian Johnson provided a quality outing, but the bullpen once again ran into trouble, letting the winning run score in the top of the eighth inning. Jackie Bradley Jr. had a chance to win the 2-1 game with a bases loaded opportunity in the bottom of the ninth but fell victim to the strikeout in the end.
