National legislature on standby to ratify revitalized peace agreement
The Transitional National Legislative Assembly is on standby to receive and ratify the revitalized peace agreement.
The implementation matrix sets a two-week period for Parliament to receive the agreement from the Ministry of Justice.
The legislators then have 30 days within which to endorse and incorporate the agreement into the Transitional National Constitution.
The Chairperson of the house information committee, Paul Yohannes Bonju says the MPs are ready to receive the document.
