Rep. Dana Rohrabacher and Rep. Ted Lieu

Two very different views of the world from two of Southern California's most outspoken members of Congress.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Huntington Beach) and Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Torrance) join Elex Michaelson for "The Issue Is:" on FOX 11 Los Angeles. 

Rohrabacher claims that the hack of the Democratic National Committee wasn't carried out by Russia but instead was an "inside job." He says Russia's meddling in the U.S. election is equivalent to the U.S. meddling in Russia's election. 

Rohrabacher says all migrants trying to cross over the border should be turned around. He says amnesty shouldn't be provided to anyone who came to the country illegally, including the DREAMers. 

Lieu says Rohrabacher's views aren't in line with the constitution or the facts. 

The two find areas of agreement, though.
