Now - here's a question for you - are we the dirtiest corner of Europe? Our beaches, our roads, our streets, even our mountains! In the last 2 years the Department for Environment here has spent over half a million cleaning up fly tipping incidents alone. Are people here just dirty? And should we increase fines for those who think it is OK to dump their rubbish wherever they please?
