It has been announced that the 2019 Belfast City Marathon will now be held on a Sunday. Plans were ratified by the Council earlier this week with a completely re-designed course that will see runners set off from Stormont in East Belfast. It is expected that the new route will be flatter and faster and the move will see a higher level of spectators and support.
