With electricity bills skyrocketing because of the near-record cold temperatures, utility scams are also on the increase. In this interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, the Executive Communications Director for the Better Business Bureau serving Connecticut, Howard Schwartz, talks about such scams.
