Connecticut state Sen. Toni Boucher, R-Wilton, says she will make a decision on whether to seek the Republican Party gubernatorial nomination within three months. Sen. Boucher, interviewed by Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, has formed an exploratory committee to run for governor. The senator made her comments during an interview about a new report, showing Connecticut is among the nation's top four states in out migration.
