Connecticut state Sen. Joe Markley, running for Lt. Governor, says gubernatorial candidate Joe Ganim's traffic stop, could derail his hopes of becoming the state's next governor.  The car in which Ganim was riding, was pulled over for going 87 MPH on Wednesday, as he was heading to Hartford to file papers to run for statewide office.

Senator Markley discussed the incident in an interview with Dan Lovallo on CT On The Hill.
