Harvey gives a Utah couple an extra week for honeymoon

Zachary & Michelle Nelson are 8-miles off the coast of Texas. They were supposed to make port in Galvaston Sunday morning. But, the roads are impassable and the port is closed. The cruise line is telling passengers they are going to Miami to 'stock up' and return to Galvaston in a week, IF the port reopens by then.
