Alicia Englert Baby 911 Call

On August 26, 2014, a woman in Kearns found a baby in a trash can. At the time, the woman had no idea, the newborn belonged to her neighbor's daughter, Alicia Englert, who police later arrested. Since then, people surrounding this case have talked about Englert's mental competency.
