WFP South Sudan weekly updates with George Forminyen

The World Food Program in partnership with the World Vision has completed a pilot program to address hunger in urban settings.

The Juba Urban Cash Programme saw some 7,000 households of about 42,000 people receive training on how to grow food in the small confines of their homesteads and build sustainable livelihoods.

WFP Communications Officer George Fominyen spoke with Miraya Breakfast show describing the pilot program as a ‘success’.
