7/28/17 11 PM - Top of the Hour Newscast

This Monday members of the Reno Police Department's Swat, Crisis Negotiations Team, and Consolidated Bomb Squad will be training with other Northern Nevada first responders and a variety of other local and federal agencies as part of a training exercise. The training is being conducted by the Nevada National Guard’s 92nd Civilian Support Team/Weapons of Mass Destruction. It's designed to provide first responders in our area valuable training on radiological dispersal devices and detection in urban areas. The training will be at different locations throughout Northern Nevada through next Friday, but will be closed to the public.
