Home sales in Washoe County are up almost 50 percent from the previous quarter, according to the report by the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors. Median home prices are also on the rise. The median sales price for an existing single-family home in Washoe County was $330,635. Reno has the highest median home values, $350,355; Sparks median sales price was $305,000.
