Plans have been announced for a second attempt at introducing a public health bill for Wales, after the first attempt failed to pass through the Welsh Assembly.
Minister for Social Services and Public Health, Rebecca Evans has told Heart's reporter Mariclare Carey-Jones the aim of the bill is to promote the health of young people in Wales, by introducing a ban on smoking on the grounds of schools, hospitals and playgrounds.
