Discrimination against new and expectant mothers "not going away"

The Equality Commission's Eileen Lavery speaks to Good Morning Ulster about discrimination in the workplace against new and expectant mothers. Three NI women who alleged they were subjected to pregnancy or maternity discrimination in the workplace have received settlements totalling £15,500.
