Human Rights Experts commission concludes assessment visit to South Sudan

A team of Human Rights Experts has concluded their 7-day assessment mission to South Sudan.

The team of 3 commissioners was mandated by the Human Rights Council in March to monitor and report on the human rights situation in the country and make recommendations for its improvement.

They will present a comprehensive report to the Human Rights Council in March next year.
