Debate in Kaysville over repairs to personally owned fire truck

The city of Kaysville may ask a third party to look over their expenses concerning repairs made to a fire truck owned by a city council member. There was a heated exchange about it last week. But, some city officials support this, since it was used for a city sponsored event.
