High Street Hopes: Can Stafford's old and new compete?

If you've driven through Staffordshire's County town recently you'll have seen its undergoing massive redevelopment.
70 million pounds is being spent on Stafford's new Riverside shopping development -- which opens to the public this summer.
But while that'll leave south side of the county town looking rather modern, clean and new, what does the future hold for the north end?
A stroll around the market area reveals a series of boarded up shop fronts, charity shops and... clinging on to its title as Stafford's shopping mall is the Guilldhall.
