Birmingham Children's Hospital has started work on a new support centre where life changing conversations can take place.

The purpose-built sanctuary, called Magnolia House, will be the first facility of its kind in the UK. Nicki Fitzmaurice is Palliative Care Lead at @Bham_Childrens and spoke to @GoldbergAD about how she has those difficult conversations.
