ACC Stephen Martin on @bbctalkback on 'two-tier policing' claims
There have been claims this week by some of our politicians of a two-tier policing system in Northern Ireland. It comes after the use of CS spray by a police officer during a junior Orange Order parade on the Ormeau Road in Belfast on Tuesday. Yesterday, first minister Arlene Foster said she didn't believe there is a two-tiered policing service, but said the PSNI needs to get to the bottom of the issues that are causing concern.
Assistant Chief Constable STEPHEN MARTIN has overall command of policy and policing around all parades across NI.
