Credit Union officials say they can tell if the elderly are being scammed

Police are trying to find Larry Warren Outcalt to question him about an incident where a 87 year-old woman paid thousands of dollars for an alarm that was never installed.
Officials say police were tipped off after the woman's reasons for withdrawing money seemed questionable.
