After losing her long term partner, Coleraine woman Denise has been denied a pension.
Denise Brewster lost the love of her life, her partner Lenny, in 2009 when he was just 43 years old. They had been together for 15 years, but after his death she found herself fighting a legal case that will heard next year at the Uk's Supreme Court. In essence, Denise was denied Lenny's pension by his employers' pension scheme because they weren't married and they hadn't filled out a form. Her case could have massive implications for cohabiting couples across the country. This is her story.
