What's the Right Question ?

Months to go, maybe more than a year until the UK votes on whether to remain in the European Union. But we do at least now know what the exact question will be on the voting paper. Gone is the original proposal to ask just a straight 'yes or no' question, instead the Prime Minister has accepted a recommendation from the Electoral Commission for more of an "in or out" choice. Sounds unimportant? Here's my report on why the form of question you ask can change the answer you get.
