Osborne Says The North Sea is "Open For Business" After £3bn Gas Deal

Chancellor George Osborne says a major new gas deal in the North Sea shows the industry is open for business.
He visited Aberdeen yesterday to welcome the development of the Culzean gas field , which is to secure 6,000 jobs and create 400 new positions.
Industry experts raised concerns over the continued viability of North Sea oil and gas if the price of brent crude remained low.
