UUP considering walking out of the Stormont Executive over IRA allegations. Do they mean it?

The UUP says it is considering pulling out of the Stormont Executive over the row over whether the IRA still exists. Ulster Unionist leader Mike Nesbitt was speaking after a meeting with Secretary of State Theresa Villiers. But will he carry out this threat? And if he does, what impact would that have on the assembly - if any?
