The UUP says it considering pulling out of the Stormont Executive over the row over whether the IRA still exists. Ulster Unionist leader Mike Nesbitt was speaking after a meeting with Secretary of State Theresa Villiers. But will he carry out this threat? What will it maen for the Assembly?
